This project proposes to conduct an evaluation study on the establishment of a commercial European Space Traffic Management (ESTM) System.
This project proposes to conduct an evaluation study on the establishment of a commercial European Space Traffic Management (ESTM) System. It is stressed that the focus of this unsolicited proposal is on technical, operational and commercial aspects related to European management and control operations of aircraft and spaceplanes at European air- and spaceports as well as on the corresponding joint tower operations required for those vessels.
